Oakberry Lane angel

Hi there!
Today i’m going to beat the devil with this Oakberry Lane angel playing the violin, haha! Remember, when you create beauty, it’s a great way to slam the devil in its face. The devil can’t stand beauty, so that’s what I will continue to do! I created this card right before Christmas last year and it still needed to be uploaded and shared. Of course it had to be in pink; my favorite colour! OK, purple is also a favorite. But i tend to lean more towards pink, when I really have to choose. Anyway….. this card was a fun little project, playing around with my new dies and stamps from Heartfelt Creations from the series ‘Oakberry Lane’. It is so relaxative to create these flowers. First you stamp them onto paper with rubber stamps. Then you start to colour them. I coloured these with Twinkling H2o paint in various shades of pink and magenta. I also embossed the flowers with embossing powder. I don’t know where I got that from. I have it in my stash for years and years already. It’s from the early 2000’s lol. My memory is not that well anymore, hehe. Then when the dye is dry you can cut the flowers with the matching dies and then start to shape them with embossing tools. It’s a lot of work for just a few flowers, but it’s soooo much fun! I hope you enjoy my captures of them. Have a great day!
Blessings!

I wish you Joy

Be You!
